3. Reservations & Private Events

All reservations, private events, and backroom bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Deposits may be required for private or invitation-only events

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Final guest counts and special requests must be confirmed in advance

    The Langley Sidebar reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, 
or operational needs.
